Each May, there is an entry draft which all USHL teams participate. The draft begins with the teams finishing lowest in points from the current season drafting first. Drafted players are invited to their respective team try-out camp. Players not drafted, may be invited to one or more USHL team try-out camps. These camps are generally held in June. The dates for each team can be found on the USHL web site.

Players who become members of the Stampede organization can expect to be treated first class, with equipment provided as well as all the great things mentioned above. In return, we expect dedicated young men who wish to be part of a great team and will conduct themselves as such at all times.
