The Sioux Falls Stampede along with the Brandon Valley Hockey Association, the Watertown Hockey Association, the Scheels IcePlex and Denny Sanford PREMIER Center will host the fourth annual “Hockey Day in South Dakota” this Saturday, January 9th. The day will feature over 40 games across the state, with three taking place inside the PREMIER Center.
The PREMIER Center will host a Pee Wee matchup of Watertown and Brandon Valley at 12:15 PM. The Brandon Valley Boys JV team will play host to Watertown at 2:15 PM in another rivalry game. The day concludes at 7:05 PM that evening when the Stampede play host to the Waterloo Black Hawks inside the PREMIER Center.
Tickets for the games at the PREMIER Center are just $12 each and will be valid for the Brandon Valley/Watertown games well as the Stampede game that night. Season ticket holders receive free admission to the Pee Week and JV games. Fans can purchase their tickets at the KELOLAND Box Office before either Brandon Valley game on Saturday. The $12 ticket offer is only valid during those games and not available for walk-up of the Stampede game.
A full slate of games is planned at the Scheels IcePlex as well as the Sioux Falls Flyers are hosting a Bantam (14 U) A & B tournament January 8th-10th with games taking place all day long on the 9th. Click here to view the entire Hockey Day South Dakota schedule.
The Stampede will return home this Friday, January 8th to host Waterloo in the first of two games at the PREMIER Center this weekend. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster or by calling the Stampede office at 605-275-4625.
