Stampede host Bucs in big weekend tilt

Herd home Friday and Saturday night

The Sioux Falls Stampede return home this Friday and Saturday for a weekend series of fun against the Des Moines Buccaneers. The Herd are in hot pursuit of a playoff spot and these two games against the Bucs will be crucial in making that happen. Click here to purchase tickets now!

Friday night is East 10th Street/Brandon Pizza Ranch night. One lucky fan will have a chance to go on the ice and take his/her best shot for a chance to win Pizza for a year from the East 10th Street and Brandon Pizza Ranch! The Brandon Valley Ice Cats mites team will take to the ice during the second intermission to provide entertainment for fans in the stands.

Saturday is Youth Hockey Appreciation Night, presented by Dental Solutions. The Stampede will be celebrating youth hockey all night long. Kids are encouraged to wear their team jersey or apparel to the game and can register in the main concourse for a chance to win some great prizes, including ice seats to an upcoming game, signed team mini sticks, Pro Shop gift cards and more! The club will be showcasing teams from around the state on the video board during the game as well. The Mitchell Marlins Youth Hockey Association will play in between periods and we’ve got chuck-a-puck during the second intermission!

Contact the Stampede office for more information at 605-275-4625. The office is open 8:30 AM to 5 PM through Thursday, 8:30 to 4 PM on Friday and 12 PM to 4 PM on Saturday. As a reminder, the Stampede office is located at 1111 N. Lake Avenue.

The Stampede will also be home on Tuesday, March 16th for a special St. Patrick’s Day Eve game against Lincoln at 7:05 PM. The players will be wearing special St. Patrick’s Day themed jerseys that fans can win through an online auction. Plus, it wouldn’t be St. Patrick’s Day without green beer, green cotton candy and green kettle corn, all available at the concession stands during the game.
