By Stampede Media, 09/16/21, 7:30PM CDT

Final preseason tune-up is Saturday night

The Sioux Falls Stampede will host the Fargo Force in an exhibition tilt this Saturday, September 18th at 7:05 PM inside the Scheels IcePlex. It marks the only home preseason game this season for the Herd.

Doors will open at 6 PM and tickets are available at the door for just $10 each. Season ticket members receive complimentary tickets for the number of seats they own for the season (i.e. 4 season tickets=4 free tickets to the game).  All seats are general admission.

Full concessions will be available and fans will be entertained in between periods with members of the Sioux Falls Flyers.

Prior to Saturday, the Herd will travel up to Fargo to face the Force on Friday night. Sioux Falls enters the weekend at 1-1-0 in pre-season play with a 3-2 shootout victory over Omaha last Friday and a 4-2 loss to Lincoln on Saturday. This weekend will be the last chance for coaches to get a look at the players before reducing rosters to 25 on Monday.

The regular season begins next Saturday, September 25th in Pittsburgh as part of the USHL Fall Classic when the Herd face Muskegon at 11 AM. The Herd’s first regular season home game takes place on Saturday, October 9th at 6:05 PM when the Stampede host Lincoln at the PREMIER Center. Tickets are on sale now through the KELOLAND Box Office or online by clicking here.
