Wiener Dog Night set for Feb. 19

Save the date for the biggest game of the season

The world-famous Sioux Nation Pet Clinic Wiener Dog Races return to the PREMIER Center on Saturday, February 19th when the Fighting Wiener Dogs square off against the Omaha Lancers at 6:05 PM. Tickets are on sale now at the KELOLAND Box Office or click here to purchase online!

This season marks the special 15th anniversary of the race and the game will filled with plenty of fun and a few surprises. The team will wear special 15th anniversary jerseys that will be auctioned off to benefit Dakota Dachshund Rescue. Fans will once again have the opportunity to meet some lovable, adoptable dogs during the game form Dakota Dachshund Rescue.

The wiener dog races will take place during the first and second intermission. The first intermission will feature two heats of 20 dogs each. The top two finishers from each heat will advance to the final four, wiener-take-all championship race during the second intermission. A special on-ice ceremony will take place after the race with awards being handed out to the grand champion, second and third place finishers.
