The Sioux Falls Stampede (39-14-2) can clinch a playoff spot by earning one point tomorrow night when they host Tri-City at the Sioux Falls Arena at 7:05 PM.
Should the Stampede win or earn a point in overtime/shootout, they will qualify for the post-season for the seventh time in eight seasons. Click here for more information

Stampede goaltender Charlie LIndgren is closing in on a couple Stampede franchise records. At 30-11-2, Lindgren leads the USHL in wins and needs just one win to tie a franchise record for most wins in a season (31) set by David Bowen back during the 1999-2000 season. He is also just two wins shy of tying a franchise record for most wins in a career (41) set by Kellen Briggs.
The Lakeville, Minn. native has already committed to St. Cloud State University and currently ranks fourth in the league in minutes played (2439:56).
Make plans now to be at the Sioux Falls Arena next weekend when the Herd host Omaha and Lincoln, Friday and Saturday night. After this Saturday night, the Herd will close out the regular season by playing five of their next six games at the Sioux Falls Arena.

Former Stampede goaltender Zach Sikich had the experience of a lifetime last week when he suited up for the Anaheim Ducks in St. Paul when they faced the Minnesota Wild. Sikich served as a back-up goaltender for the Ducks and participated in warm-ups and sat on the bench for most of the first period.
